Archer Property Services began as a spark of inspiration in 2019 when Zach noticed a homeowner struggling to power wash their fence. That moment led to the creation of our first trailer, equipped with a 5.5 GPM pressure washer and a water tank, marking the start of our journey. At the time, Zach was selling flooring in the multifamily industry, but everything changed when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, forcing the world to pause. With doors closed and social distancing in effect, Zach shifted his focus entirely to learning the ins and outs of exterior cleaning, taking on every job that came his way.

During this period, Lindsay, Zach's wife, stepped away from her management role in the multifamily industry as they welcomed their second daughter. As the business grew, a pivotal moment came when a locally-owned restaurant chain requested our help with cleaning their dining room floors. This opportunity led Lindsay to join Zach in the business, taking on sales and marketing responsibilities. Together, they rebranded from Archer Power Washing to Archer Property Services, expanding their expertise beyond power washing.
